GATEWAY INDOOR REOPENS…
GATEWAY INDOOR LBC will re-open on THURSDAY, Oct. 14, 2021 @ 12:30 PM. New Members Welcome!!
We are happy to announce that we will be back in business on Oct 14th. Please ensure that you are double vaccinated and wear a mask when entering the facility. You may remove your mask once you are on the green. Hand sanitizer will be on site for your use.
Volunteers will be required to help with set up and clean up, as well as collecting the fees, etc. For more information please contact Phil Clark @ clark52@yahoo.com or 204-668-9180.
CALLING ALL GATEWAY LBC FRIENDS
Gateway LBC has been back in operation for the last several weeks. We have only had about a dozen participants to date and with the large area we have there we can accommodate several more safely. Just wear your mask and a SMILE on your face, and join in the fun!! Wednesday at 1:00, please arrive at 12:45 to get your name in the draw.
Gateway LBC Back To Bowls
Health authorities have given Gateway permission to continue indoor bowls. We are happy to welcome everyone to join in Wednesdays at 12:45 for some fun and bowls. Things are much the same as in the past but with some health restrictions. Be sure to bring a mask, you’ll need to wear it at all times. See you Wednesday!

GATEWAY INDOOR LBC OPENS FOR 2019-20
GATEWAY INDOOR opened for the winter season on Wednesday of this week with three greens in use.
Since the competitive Triples League has moved to Linden Ridge (Soul Sanctuary), we are looking for new members for our afternoon jitney sessions. Time for registration is 12:45 and we are done at 3:00.
Please bring your own bowls, indoor shoes and a smile on your face and join us each week.

This quartet entered a Fun Spiel at the Fort Garry Curling Club last weekend and finished a respectable 2 – 2, putting a few dollars in their pocket.

PTFC MEETING
PTFC will hold their semi-annual meeting on Saturday, 9 March 2019 at the Tuxedo LBC @ 10:30 AM. Plans for the coming season, including the President’s Cup, scheduled for 1212 Dakota Street on 8 June will be discussed. So we look forward to the attendance of all carded members.
Arrangements are currently underway for a banquet to be held the evening following the tournament, at CANAD INNS DESTINATION CENTER, FORT GARRY.
Gerry Chudrick, Vice President, is currently taking names for those interested in purchasing tickets. Approximately 40 people have already signed up and we anticipate many more to do so.
